[Phone] So everyone had a similar kind of dream, hmm? And a lot of people were taken in by it. You know, some say that dreams are like a window into your mind, but it's a little hard to think of them that way when someone else is messing around with them. I hope the people talked about in the newscast are all right...

Well, if anyone wants to talk, I can keep you company! I think we all need a little help keeping our minds off of things.

Well, I guess there have been cases of long term or permanent droning, but nothing like this has happened yet...

If nothing like this has ever happened before, then we can't make any assumptions about what's really going on. We'll just have to play the waiting game.

A lot can be learned just by watching and listening. Have you talked to any of the replacements yet? Maybe they can tell us something, even if they don't mean to.

(... Although just the thought of actively trying to talk with them is almost enough to make my skin crawl.)

Or you could go talk to the shopkeeper drones and see what they have to say about the shortages!

Come to think of it, the store shelves didn't seem to look quite as barren as they were before this morning...

It might be interesting to see what they have to say. It seems like the people around here usually ignore the drones because they can be kind of creepy, but I think you can learn a lot by talking to them. By finding out what the people in charge want us to think, we can maybe figure out what to do from there.
